BIKE SHOP OUTLET — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of Bike Shop Outlet. By placing an order with Bike Shop Outlet, customers agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
PRODUCTS
Bike Shop Outlet sells bicycle parts, bicycle accessories, cycling clothing, cycling shoes, bicycle tubes, and related cycling merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability.
Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing variations, product revisions, lighting, photography, or screen settings.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing all relevant product information, including:
• Product size
• Bicycle compatibility
• Dimensions
• Specifications
• Quantity
• Color or model, where applicable
• Clothing and footwear sizing
• Delivery information
Customers should contact Bike Shop Outlet before ordering if additional product or compatibility information is required.
INSTALLATION AND USE
Certain bicycle components require specialized knowledge, tools, adjustment, or professional installation.
Bike Shop Outlet recommends installation by a qualified bicycle mechanic whenever appropriate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bike Shop Outlet is not responsible for damage, product failure, injury, or other losses caused by improper installation, incorrect assembly, misuse, unauthorized modification, inadequate maintenance, incompatible components, or failure to follow applicable manufacturer instructions.
PRICES
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed by Bike Shop Outlet are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN).
Prices, availability, promotions, and shipping charges may change subject to applicable law.
PAYMENTS
Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and verification.
Bike Shop Outlet reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to refuse or cancel orders affected by suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious pricing errors, inventory errors, or other legitimate circumstances.
If Bike Shop Outlet cancels an order after payment has been collected, the corresponding amount will be handled appropriately according to the circumstances, applicable law, and payment method used.
FINAL SALES
All purchases are final once placed.
Bike Shop Outlet does not offer voluntary cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds except for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise claims or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.
INVENTORY
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, Bike Shop Outlet will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
SHIPPING
Bike Shop Outlet currently ships within Mexico only.
Standard shipping is generally $250 MXN.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–10 business days after processing.
Customers requiring faster delivery should contact Bike Shop Outlet customer support regarding expedited shipping availability and pricing.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery may be available for eligible locations within:
• San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León
• Galerías Monterrey area, Nuevo León
Availability and delivery charges may depend on the customer's exact location and order.
Bike Shop Outlet does not currently offer local pickup.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original Bike Shop Outlet branding, graphics, photographs, descriptions, and other proprietary store materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where the applicable material belongs to a third party or applicable law provides otherwise.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bike Shop Outlet will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible components, or use contrary to applicable manufacturer instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Mexico, including applicable consumer-protection requirements.
